Before Ryan and I got married he lived off of Lean Cuisine pizzas, coke, & pretzels. Over the past 3 years I've introduced him to many new & much more nutritious food groups, and have even managed to help wein him off the pizzas and coke, but he still loves pretzels.
This affinity for the salty snack has definitely been passed down to Luke. Ryan introduced Luke to pretzels when he was just a few months old, he didn't actually eat them Ryan just stuck them in his mouth for a little taste.
Ever since Luke has been eating table food, one of the foods he never gets tired of is pretzels. He is a very picky eater (which is NOT from me) and will love eating a food for a few days, and then will get tired of it and not want anything to do with it for several weeks, but that has never happened with pretzels. I guess this isn't really a bad thing, I know pretzels don't really have any nutritional value, but they aren't really bad for you either, are they?
Luke's 1st taste of pretzels at 3 months old,
he looks a little shocked :)
Ryan and Luke like to share their favorite snack
every evening when Ryan gets home from work
while watching a little TV:
Can I have another one please?
Here daddy you can have this one.
Relaxing after a satisfying snack.
